Board of Commissioners Meeting
April 10, 2014
Sunapee Town Offices
PRESENT: Theodore Gallup-Chairman, Paul Manson, Peter Hill, Kenneth Meyer, Kurt Markarian, Douglas Gamsby.
Also present: Holly Leonard, David Bailey.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Proposed Chemical Buildings:
There was much discussion regarding the quote received from Penta for constructing the chemical building and options for utilizing the remaining contingency money from the project.
Perkins Pond Project Withdrawal from Capital Reserve:
Kurt M. made a motion to withdraw $36,000.00 pursuant to RSA 35:7 and RSA 149-I:10, from the Sewer Department Capital Reserve Fund established for Sewer Capital improvement, to pay for a portion of the construction of the Perkins Pond Sewer Project, seconded by Peter H., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairman.
Old & New Business: The Chairman signed the request for Commission pay for the period of 4/1/13-3/31/14.
Kurt M. made a motion to authorize the Vice-Chairman to sign the Penta Pay Requisition in the absence of the Chairman, seconded by Paul M., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairman.
5:45 p.m. Paul M. made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kurt M., voted unanimously in the affirmative, so declared by the Chairman.
